About the Role
CODE is at an important stage of growth and our employees are at the heart of our success. As we grow and develop, you will be instrumental in ensuring we have a workplace of wellbeing and effectiveness for all employees.

As Senior HR Manager, your key responsibility is to develop the foundation of the HR department in identifying the best HR practices to implement and improve the current workflow, with a key focus on employee development. You will report to the CXO and work cross functionally as a project manager, to identify people solutions, own the recruiting desk and facilitate further development. Additionally, you will be a vital participant in cross facilitating information about employee needs with the management team through feedback and program analysis, then follow with implementing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Foster high employee collaboration, engagement and wellbeing through implementing HR best practices
  • Support CODE colleagues and believe that every request is an opportunity to make CODE an even better place to work
  • Own the recruiting desk, which includes responsibilities for employer branding, interviewing candidates and managing the process
  • Act as a partner and a coach for managers regarding employee development and issues
  • Participate in developing and ensuring a successful work culture and accountability for CODE Values
About You
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an HR service focused role
  • Have the following personal characteristics: collaboration / project management, communication, confidential, diplomatic and empathic
  • Service mindset
  • Experience with implementing HR initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Experience with recruiting
  • German language and German HR administration experience
  • Preferred: Startup or experience in an early stage organizations
