As the Senior Software Developer, you co-lead the Learning Platform team to create the digital infrastructure for our innovative learning concept and structure at CODE.
This role will be driving this project forward through providing clear and deliberate project direction, contributing to the strategy of the platform and calmly guiding and teaching more junior employees while still writing code yourself. You will own the architectural decisions for the team, working closely with all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that provides the best study experience for our students, enabling them to acquire new competencies and mindsets over the course of their studies.
