About the Role

As the product manager, you are responsible to drive the development of our learning platform, which aims to provide the best study experience for our students, enabling them to acquire new competencies and mindsets. 

You will be responsible to create our product roadmap and define the strategy for the team driven by the overall vision of CODE. You have a passion for learning and education and are able to build close relationships and understand the needs of students, faculty, and staff alike to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with the overall strategy. You manage dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across all teams. You work closely with your team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new features when necessary. 

  • Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to the team
  • Develop and own strategy from idea to product
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with team strategy and requirements
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories for the team
  • Lead our Agile team of fulltime employees and working students, working onsite with the team on a daily basis
We are looking for someone who
  • Has experience with project management and defining project scope
  • Is a strong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead the team in an Agile setting to develop solutions that significantly improve the student’s study experience
  • Wants to challenge the status quo in education and find new solutions, driving new ideas
  • Ideally has experience in the educational sector
